IDENTITY • Trio is a community nestled between Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne (Uptown), Belltown and Waterfront Districts. It’s target buyer are urban, young, active professionals who seek the vibrant energy of this part of the city.
BRAND • Playing with the idea of threes, we developed a series of images and textures to position this community in the market, prior to breaking ground.
PRINT COLLATERAL • Shown is a family of letterhead masters with three sets of stories; the natural elements surrounding Trio, the iconic city images, and interior detailing. It’s a subtle way of illustrating the macro to micro experience at Trio.
BROCHURE • The brochure inclueded tons of vibrant photography of the local scenes. The front of the brochure is die-cut so you can slide in one of the letterhead sheets and change the look instantly!
SIGNAGE • Trio’s project manager was a visionary who liked to leverage assets in an innovative way. The vertical elements in this graphic represent massive steel I beams that soar 30 feet above street level. We built a cable system that attached to the I beams that supported the banners shown, totalling 230 linear feet of 20 feet high images. The system was designed to easily change out certain banners as marketing campaign messaging unfolded.
