IDENTITY • The logo reflects the strong, sleek, modern design of The 400 Condominiums project in Bremerton Washington. The logo was silkscreened onto brushed metal plates that were used throughout the marketing materials for a low-cost, high-impact result.
SALES MATERIALS • The folder was die-cut and embossed but had no printing on it. The brushed metal plate was attached to the front of each folder. Printing was kept to two colors for all other marketing materials for simplicity and to stay low-cost. The letterhead had a perforation at the bottom so the paper could feed through a desktop printer, then the bottom gets ripped off so the letterhead maintains the square theme.
FLOOR PLANS • A different pattern was used for each of the different floor plans so the agent could easily tell which plan they had in their hand.
ADS • Ads were placed in 6 different publications.
SALES CENTER • The sales center was very minimalist featuring bold colors on some walls and large colorful local photography on others.
