IDENTITY • Some of the most valuable real estate in the world of real estate is the four square feet that make up the classic For Sale sign. In designing a brand identity for Thach Real Estate Group we focused on the two vital factors that would guide the brand positioning; his name and the street cred that comes with having lots and lots of signs, on lots and lots of listings. We chose to create a very clean identity and let the letterforms speak clearly to their audience. We then went about developing a family of icons to give color, vitality and an approachability to the brand dynamic.
BUSINESS PAPERS • Starting with a palette that works in concert with the signature John L Scott teal, a bold use of color is found throughout the print collateral. Expanding on a legacy of serving Seattle’s diverse communities, the circular icons are images of area artwork and public spaces from neighborhoods throughout the city.
MARKETING TOOLS • Presentation covers and print materials are customized with a unique set of icons.

This site was developed in concert with positioning founder Thach Nguyen’s personal brand. Thach is a sought after speaker in addition to being a philanthropist and developer. Ensuring that the TREG site balanced the company brand, while offering a mindful portal to the other facets of Thach.
